We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous experience in apartment maintenance that includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical and gas (appliance)
- Ability to handle physical work
- Ability to work 7 am to 3:30 pm M-F as well as on-call hours at night and on weekends (including holidays).
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Valid NC license
- Pass a drug test
- Strong work ethic
