Ralph Clayton Homes, affectionately called “Cates Circle,” are 100 apartments designated for elderly and disabled tenants. The units are spread over 16 acres in Graham, North Carolina on the property that was once a farm owned by the Cates family. Major upgrades make these apartments competitive to the open rental market. All the units have new roofs, security screens, and security screen doors.
