Graham Housing Authority is accepting applications for a Housing Services Specialist. The successful candidate should have knowledge of Federal Housing Regulations, interviewing techniques and ability to verify information; oral and written communication skills, ability to work quickly and accurately, accept change in an occasionally stressful environment, meet deadlines, establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, the general public and staff. Associate degree with experience in Property Management, business, social services or an equivalent accumulation of 2 years training and experience. Pre-employment drug test is required.
